Timo Karpf

Timo Karpf serves as VP, Head of HR & Communications EMEA at Merz Aesthetics since June 2019, and previously held the role of Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Timo Karpf accumulated extensive experience at Nestlé from January 2013 to May 2019, working as an HR Business Partner, Expatriation Specialist, HR Generalist, and Working Student in HR. Timo Karpf holds an Executive Education degree in Next-Level Leadership Programme from London Business School, a Master of Arts in International Management from the International School of Management, Germany, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences.
