Pankaj B More is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic business development within the FMCG sector. Currently serving as Vice President - Category at Zepto since April 2022, Pankaj develops and executes comprehensive category strategies for Cooking Essentials and Non-Food Home Care and Personal Care segments. Prior to this role, Pankaj held various leadership positions at More Retail Private Limited from 2008 to April 2022, including Senior General Manager, overseeing personal care and home care categories, and General Manager for cereals and pulses. Pankaj’s earlier career includes roles at ITC Limited, Foodworld Supermarkets Limited, and Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities spanned from store management to category management. Pankaj holds a PGD-ABPM from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management and a B.Sc. in Horticulture from Dr. BSKKV Dapoli.
