Ramkumar Arumugapandi

Ramkumar Arumugapandi is currently serving as a Senior Manager- Program Manager II at Zepto since October 2023, focusing on program management related to supply chain wastage costs, including damages, expiry, and quality issues across cross-functional teams. Previously, Ramkumar worked at Paytm as a Manager - Program Manager I, leading an in-house Centre of Excellence team and overseeing operational excellence initiatives, including manpower capacity planning and demand planning for payment devices. Ramkumar also spearheaded the optimization of offline merchant onboarding operations, achieving significant cost savings. Previous experience includes internships at Welspun Group and Mondelēz International, as well as engineering roles at Automated Precision Inc. and Fleurdelis Technologies Pvt Ltd, where Ramkumar managed various projects in supply chain management, metrology, and on-site machining.
