Shreyes Shah

Shreyes Shah is an accomplished product analyst with a diverse background in data analytics and ecommerce. Currently serving as a Product Analyst-1 at Zepto since June 2025, Shreyes focuses on ecommerce analytics, including building funnels and optimizing query routing. Previous experience includes a role at FiFi, where Shreyes worked on CX & Risk-Ops Analytics, optimizing processes and reporting metrics, and a brief position as a Data Scientist at Think360.ai, developing predictive machine learning models. Earlier roles include improving digital map quality at TELUS International AI Data Solutions and conducting research at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
