Naomi Muthama has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Naomi currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at Zeraki since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Policy Consultant at Palladium Group from June 2021 to August 2022, where they were involved in various projects related to due diligence, project planning & monitoring, and evaluation. Naomi also consulted with governmental agencies, conducted research and analysis on public policy issues, and drafted legislation.

Before joining Palladium Group, Naomi worked as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner & Business Development & Marketing Manager at CM ADVOCATES LLP from March 2019 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for formulating and executing marketing and business development strategies, preparing marketing reports, and providing leadership to the marketing team.

Naomi's career also includes experience as a Territory Sales Manager at Airtel Kenya from November 2017 to December 2018, where they managed sales activities within a defined territory and targeted potential customers. Naomi began their career as an Assistant International Move Coordinator at Urgent Cargo Handling LTD from July 2016 to January 2017, where they coordinated imports and ensured efficient handling of shipments. Naomi also completed an internship at Urgent Cargo Handling LTD from May to July 2016.

In addition, Naomi had an internship at Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited from April to August 2015, where they gained experience in storekeeping, record-keeping, and tender document management. Naomi also worked as a Public Relations & Event Organizer at AZMA Kenya from November 2011 to January 2012.

Naomi Muthama began their education journey in 2008 at Precious Blood Secondary School- Riruta. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during their time there. In 2011, they attended Brookhouse Schools and completed an International Foundation Year in Business and Economics. From 2012 to 2016, Naomi studied at Strathmore University and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Management Science and Business Administration. Later, starting in 2018 and ending in 2021, they pursued a Master of Public Policy and Management at Strathmore Business School (SBS) with a specialization in Public Policy.

In addition to their formal education, Naomi obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the SAP Certified Application Associate - Enterprise Asset Management with SAP ERP 6.0 EhP6 program at Techno Brain Group. That same year, they also achieved the CIPS certification from the Kenya Institute Of Supplies Management (KISM) Official. Lastly, in 2022, they became an associate member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK).
