Kathleen E. Moran

Kathleen E. Moran is an accomplished Security Technical Writer with extensive experience in cybersecurity documentation and consulting. Currently employed at Jacobs/Blue Canopy since November 2017, Kathleen develops Standard Operating Procedures for a federal agency's CyberSecurity program. As a consultant since January 2017, Kathleen offers freelance editing and consulting services. Kathleen also serves as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for Zermount Consulting, focusing on security plans for Library of Congress contracts based on FISMA standards. With a significant background as a Senior Security Analyst at VisualSoft, Kathleen monitors and analyzes network security.
