Matem Hailemariam is an experienced Compliance Specialist at Zermount, Inc. since April 2021, with a strong background as an IT Consultant and IT Help Desk Technician at eGlobalTech from July 2017 to April 2021, where accomplishments included the development of a Performance Assessment Tool and onboarding solutions using Microsoft technologies.
