Bret Nichols

Bret Nichols is an experienced project manager and estimator, currently employed at Zernco, Inc. since December 2018. Prior to this role, Bret served as an estimator and project manager at ONE SOURCE CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS from December 2018 to December 2022, and held positions as a superintendent at Farha Construction, Zernco, Inc., and Cornerstone Building and Design, Inc. from 2010 to 2018. Bret has a background in residential and commercial contracting and studied at Fort Hays State University from 2007 to 2009.
