Gabriele Dragotto is currently a Consultant and the Founder & CEO of ZERO, an AI-powered decision engine for supermarkets, established in 2024. They previously served as a Board Member and Head of Information Technology at CEAN SpA, where they led ERP and CRM development projects. Gabriele was also a Ph.D. Candidate at Polytechnique Montréal from 2019 to 2022 and has held various teaching and research positions, including as a Lecturer at Princeton University and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the same institution.
