Lucy Burgess

Lucy Burgess currently serves as Head of HR and Governance at Eramol and as a consultant for Burgess Solutions Ltd and Zero Fintech. With extensive experience in human resources, previous roles include Head of People and Culture at Monmouthshire Building Society and Senior HR Advisor at Principality Building Society, where responsibilities included advising on employment relations and managing HR projects. Lucy began a career in HR after studying Business Management at Cardiff University and attaining a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales. Early professional experiences include an internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a cultural representative role at Walt Disney World.
