Grant Gunnison

Grant Gunnison is an experienced professional in the fields of electrical engineering, entrepreneurship, and business development. Currently serving as the Social Chair at Hampton and as the Founder & CEO of Zero Homes, a company focused on facilitating transitions to electric homes through digital energy audits, Grant also contributes as a Research Fellow at West Gate, specializing in automating HVAC design. In addition, Grant functions as a Business Coach & Technical Mentor for the Building Business Network, helping small businesses thrive in the clean energy sector. Previous roles include significant positions at NASA Ames Research Center and MIT, including leadership in projects related to laser communication and electrical systems for small satellites, and experience with companies such as SpaceX and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Grant holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
