Rebecca Parlakian

Rebecca Parlakian is the Senior Director of Programs at ZERO TO THREE since January 2001. Rebecca also serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at George Washington University and Montgomery College. Prior to their current roles, Rebecca has experience in various positions such as Director of Member Services at AG Bell and Research Associate at Corporate Executive Board. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts degree in Education and Human Development with an Infant-Toddler Specialization from The George Washington University.
