Jorge Esquivel Ruiz

Jorge Esquivel Ruiz has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Administrador Mx Site for Zero Variance since February 2022, where responsibilities include recruitment, staff training, human resources administration, team management, organizational culture implementation, activity reporting, and crisis management. Prior to this role, Jorge held the position of Director General at Fundación Pablo García del Gobierno del Estado de Campeche from June 2014 to September 2021. Jorge's educational background includes a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing from Universidad Anáhuac Mayab, a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism with a focus on Organizational Communication from Instituto Campechano, and a Diploma in Political Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
