Dr. Robert Luca Mather is the Head of Fuel Cell Product Development (LTPEM) at ZeroAvia, where they lead the design of hydrogen aviation fuel cell systems. They previously served in various roles at ZeroAvia, including Fuel Cell Engineer and Fuel Cell Lead, where they were responsible for certifiable fuel cell power modules. Dr. Mather also co-founded the Loose Tea Project and has worked at Arrival as a Senior Fuel Cell Engineer, developing custom fuel cell stacks for automotive applications. They hold a Ph.D. in Electrochemical Engineering from UCL and have experience as a Teaching Assistant at UCL and an Enrollment Advisor at the University of Exeter.
