Liubov Belousova

Liubov Belousova is an experienced professional in production and quality management, currently serving as the Deputy Head of Production at ZeroAvia since September 2022. Previously, Liubov held the position of Manufacturer Representative at HyPoint from July 2022 to July 2023. A notable tenure at 3M spanned from October 2008 to July 2023, where Liubov accomplished roles such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Value Stream Leader, focusing on End-to-End value stream improvement and supply chain optimization. Additionally, as a Quality Specialist, Liubov developed and implemented quality management systems for respiratory protection products and ensured compliance with Russian and European standards. In the role of Process and Quality Assurance Engineer, Liubov contributed to the development of processes and documentation for new product production and quality control.
