Ratan Kumar

Ratan Kumar is a seasoned technology professional with experience spanning over a decade in various engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Zerodha Fund House since June 2022, Ratan previously held positions as VP of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer at smallcase from 2015 to June 2022. Early career experiences include software engineering roles at Tracxn! and Profoundis, where contributions included developing a Shopify App Store plugin. Ratan began professional training as an intern, working with Django and MongoDB. Ratan Kumar holds a B. Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, completed in 2013.
