Caitlin Wood has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Caitlin started their career as a Marketing Intern at Cure in the Canyons in 2008. Caitlin then moved on to work as a Marketing Staff for the Elon Campaign at United Way Alamance County in 2010. In the same year, they also worked at The Rams Head Group as a Graphic Design & Marketing Intern.

In 2011, Caitlin joined Lallie/A Division of Southworth Company as an Account Sales & Marketing professional. The following year, they worked as a Marketing intern at LALLIE, Inc. Caitlin also served as a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer at David Orso Real Estate Group in 2010 and remained there until 2011.

In 2012, Caitlin joined Vocus (now part of Cision) as a Senior Marketing Account Executive. Caitlin'sresponsibilities included client renewal, selling new products, and client onboarding and training. Caitlin worked there until 2014.

Caitlin then joined OutMarket (now part of iContact, a Cision Company) in 2014 as a Senior Account Executive. Caitlin was responsible for renewing existing clients, selling new products, and client onboarding and training. Caitlin worked in this role until 2015.

In 2015, Caitlin started working at iContact. Caitlin began as a Senior Account Executive, then moved on to become a Manager, Account Sales, and later a Manager of Strategic Services. Caitlin carried out these roles until 2018.

Currently, Caitlin is working at ZeroFOX as the Director of Customer Success. Caitlin has held this role since 2018 and became the Vice President of Global Operations in August 2020.

Caitlin Wood received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications from Elon University in 2011. In November 2018, they obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
