A “mil” is a precise unit of measurement used by the U.S. military to ensure 100% accuracy before hitting a target.

ZeroMils is zeroing in on the barriers to nationwide Military Thriving—bringing companies, nonprofits, and communities into alignment through a shared mission.

“Military Friendly” has and will never be enough; military families continue to face challenges in finding meaningful careers, businesses miss out on top talent, and communities lack the infrastructure to provide meaningful support.

Through strategic relationships and accountable commitments, we are championing mission-driven changemakers across the U.S. to become catalysts for measurable impact.

The goal? Stronger talent pipelines, more resilient communities, and lasting economic growth.
