Ellinor Eke

Ellinor Eke is the founder and initiator of Nätverket Hållbara Restauranger, where they have worked since 2013. They have also been the owner and consultant at U&We - Catalyst for Good Business since 2005 and a part owner at ZeroMission AB since 2007. Previously, Ellinor held various positions, including Environmental Manager at Danzas in 2002 and Corporate Citizenship Manager at DHL Express, Nordic from 2002 to 2004. Educated at Lund University, Ellinor earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and has continued to expand their knowledge in human rights and tourism through recent studies.
