David Trent

David Trent is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as Founder and CEO of TrentSuccess since June 2023, where guidance is provided to founder-CEOs on growth, leadership development, and strategic exit planning. In addition to facilitating peer advisory groups for business owners and offering executive coaching, David serves as a founding partner and market director at Optima Mergers & Acquisitions. With a background that includes franchise ownership at LaundroLab, membership in Strategic Coach, and certification as a Value Acceleration Coach through the Exit Planning Institute, David has extensive experience in coaching and advisory roles. Past leadership positions include CEO of RPM and Founder/CEO of Trent Capital Management LLC, both of which were successfully sold. David is also the author of "Elevate Others: Lessons for Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurs" and holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematical Sciences from Southern Methodist University.
