Bjørn Ørving

Bjørn Ørving has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Bjørn has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in product innovation, digital products, and operations.

Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Product Innovation & Operations at ZeroNorth in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Digital Products AI/ML at Maersk Tankers from 2021 to 2023. At DFDS, from July 2021 to November 2021, they served as the Senior Product Owner - Green Future.

From 2019 to 2021, Bjørn worked at Nuuday, where they held the roles of Chapter Lead Product Management/Product Owners, NextGen Customer Interaction, Senior Product Owner. Bjørn played an instrumental role in pushing digitization and integrating AI into customers' everyday lives.

Before joining Nuuday, Bjørn worked at YouSee from 2015 to 2019, where they held the positions of Senior Product Owner and Product Owner. Bjørn was responsible for operating and developing new self-care features and migrating digital solutions for TDC and YouSee into one cohesive platform.

Prior to YouSee, Bjørn worked at TDC from 2011 to 2015, starting as an Online Specialist and then becoming a Site Manager for Online Customer Relations. Their main focus was improving the customer experience and reducing non-value adding calls through online strategies and innovative web-based tools.

Before TDC, Bjørn gained experience as an IT Supporter at Gryphon Security ApS and as a Customer Supporter at One.com. Bjørn also co-owned and led the development team at Dstudio.dk ApS.

Bjørn started their career in 2006 as an IT Consultant at Fugl-Phønix ApS. Throughout their career, they have displayed a strong understanding of technology and a passion for improving customer experiences.

Bjørn Ørving earned their HTX degree in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster from Erhverskolen Nordsjælland Helsingør from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their FS10 degree from Lyngebækgård in 2005 and their Folkeskole degree from Niverød gårdsskole from 1994 to 2004. In addition, Bjørn Ørving holds certifications such as PSPO - Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org and SITECORE CERTIFIED TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST from Sitecore.
