Manju Manoj is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR business partnering and talent management. Currently serving as a People Partner at ZeroNorth since June 2022, core competencies include talent acquisition, learning and development, performance review, and policy implementation. Prior to this role, Manju worked as a Human Resources Generalist at HI-FOCUS Electronics India Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed the employee life cycle, engagement, and performance management.
