Melissa Agnes is the Founder and CEO of the Crisis Ready Institute, which focuses on transforming professionals into visionary leaders capable of driving meaningful change in response to contemporary challenges faced by organizations. With a robust background in crisis management, Melissa co-founded Agnes + Day inc. and Colt Interactive, providing strategic consultancy services. Currently, Melissa holds positions on the Board of Directors for ZeroNow and the Board of Trustees for D'Youville University, as well as serving as a Global Advisory Council Member for the Institute of Strategic Risk Management. Additionally, Melissa contributes to the Police Professional Standards, Ethics and Image Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, emphasizing the importance of bridging gaps between law enforcement and communities.
