Rochelle Weathers is an experienced executive with a strong background in franchise management and operational support. Currently serving as the VP of Franchise Success at Zerorez, Inc., since October 2016, Rochelle motivates and advises franchisees on business growth strategies. Prior roles include Vice President of Corporate Stores at Zerorez Carpet Care and Director of Franchise Operations, showcasing leadership in various operational departments.
