Norm Bogner has held various executive and consulting positions in the past two decades. In 2019, they became the CEO and Co-founder of ZeroSound Systems Inc., a Calgary based company that invented a revolutionary technology to cancel global noise problems. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Partner/Owner at Essere Napa Wines, and from 2012 to 2017, they were a Partner/Owner at Wolf's Head Wines. From 2017 to 2016, they were a Special Consultant and President of New Ventures & Commercialization at ATCO Group, and President of ATCOenergy from 2016 to 2014. From 2014 to 2011, they were President/Executive Advisor (on behalf of Intel Properties) and President of DataWrap Inc., and President of PDL & SureCall Contact Centres from 2011 to 2005. From 2005 to 2003, they were Vice President of International Development at 4Refuel Canada LP, and from 2003 to 2001, they were a Senior Consultant of IT Strategy/Business Information Strategy at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in Germany. Finally, from 2001 to 2003, they were a Senior Consultant of Mobile and Enterprise Integration at Deloitte Consulting in Germany.

Norm Bogner completed a BA Honours from the University of Alberta in 1994. In 1999, they attended the Information Technology Institute in Calgary, AB and obtained an Applied Information Technology degree in 2000 with a focus in Enterprise Software - Application Development. In 2008, they obtained a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the International Franchise Association. In 2021, they were a co-inventor of the US Patent 11,151,975 B2 "Apparatus and Method for Sound Wave Generation" from the USPTO. In May 2022, they obtained a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines with Distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
