Alessandro Guadagni has held a variety of positions since 2011. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Junior Researcher at the Istituto Affari Internazionali, a Project Assistant at the Avignon Academy, and a Responsible for Industrial Relations at Confartigianato Imprese Toscana. From 2013-2017, they worked as a Project Manager at CEDIT, a Social Research E-Cultura at ANCE Pistoia, and a Project Manager at Zerynth. In 2017, they also began working as a Project Manager and Researcher at the Università di Pisa and an EU Project Manager and Coworking Manager at ValueDo - 91C: coworking space. Alessandro then pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and European Studies at the same university from 2009 to 2012. In 2011-2012, they attended Sorbonne-Science Politique to study Affari e relazioni internazionali. Alessandro also obtained an Expert in Industrial Relations and Labor Law from ADAPT in 2012.
