CEO at Zesium mobile

Darko Milic has been working in the software development and consulting industry since 2000. In 2000, they began as a Research Assistant at the Communications Department of the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, where they worked on projects such as V. 22bis, V. 23, V26, and V32 modems. In 2003, they took on the role of Test Engineer at the same university, working on the IMS Client 2.0 & PoC Client 1 projects. In 2005, they became a Technology Consultant at the same university, where they analysed and gained knowledge about security mechanisms used in 3GPP mobile networks and proposed a solution for authentication and key establishment procedures deployed through the SIP protocol and XML schemes.

In 2005, Darko Milic also became the CEO of Zesium, a software development & consulting company. During their time as CEO, they delivered 120+ client projects on 10+ markets, built a 7 figure business, and worked with names like Siemens, John Deere, and Schneider Electric. In 2013, they became a Member of the Management Board at Vojvodina ICT Cluster.

Darko Milic obtained their MSc in Telecommunication from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a dipl. ing. in Telecommunication from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu between 1993 and 2001. In addition, they have obtained a Machine Learning certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in September 2016 and a Professional Scrum Master I certificate from Scrum.org in June 2014.
