Chris McMahon

Chris McMahon has a diverse work experience across various industries. Chris currently serves as the Treasury Operations Lead at Zespri International since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Treasury Manager at Foodstuffs North Island Limited from 2021 to 2022.

In 2020, Chris held the position of Treasury Analyst at Zespri International, where they were responsible for strategic and operational derivatives management, cashflow modeling, and revenue-based forecasts.

Chris McMahon, CFA, CA completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Otago from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2015 to 2019, they obtained a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) with a focus on Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, Chris has pursued various additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as data science, deep learning, C++, and business intelligence. Chris also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification acquired from the CFA Institute.
