Francesca Eggleton

Francesca Eggleton currently serves as the Climate Change Business Partner at Zespri International, starting in December 2023. Prior to this role, Francesca held the position of Principal Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, where co-leadership of the Government's emission reduction plan's climate innovation platforms was a key responsibility. Francesca's experience also includes acting as Manager for the Climate Change Chief Executives Board and serving as Principal Advisor for Strategic Policy at the same ministry. Francesca's tenure at Fonterra spanned nearly six years, where responsibilities included managing environmental strategies and sustainability research projects. Francesca's career began at The New Zealand Treasury and the New Zealand Productivity Commission after earning BSc and BCom (Hons) degrees in Economics and Chemistry from the University of Canterbury.
