Paul Blatchford

Paul Blatchford is an accomplished professional in the field of health, nutrition, and food safety, currently serving as the Innovation Manager at Zespri International since January 2019. Previously, Paul held the position of Innovation Leader at the same company and has experience as an Honorary Affiliate Lecturer at the University of Adelaide. A strong academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microbiology from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology from Massey University.
