Ross Towse

Ross Towse has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Ross began their career at Pepperidge Farm as a Production Manager, where they oversaw the manufacturing operations of roll, bun, and stuffing bread. Ross then moved on to Biomet 3i, where they held several roles including Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance, Director of Research and Development, and Director of Research and Technology Development. At Biomet 3i, they were responsible for leading innovation and research organizations, managing product development and commercialization efforts, and determining manufacturing strategies to meet customer demand. After leaving Biomet 3i, Ross became the President/CEO of DOT America, a contract manufacturer specializing in coating and surface technologies. Currently, they are the Chief Operations Officer at Zest Dental Solutions, a global leader in dental solutions. Overall, Ross has a strong background in operations, leadership, and strategic initiatives.

Ross Towse obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1991 and 1995. Ross later pursued a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, completing it between 2003 and 2005.
