Becky Mee

Becky Mee has worked in the Human Resources field since 2003. Becky started their career at Marriott International as an HR Coordinator, where they were responsible for the day-to-day HR operations of a 4 Star Internationally branded, 122 bedroom Hotel and Country Club Hotel. In 2010, they moved to Celebrity Cruises as an HR Manager, where they were the stand-alone HR Manager responsible for the HR function and team on a 1424 bedroom Mega Cruise Ship, with 1220 employees. In 2013, they became the Group HR Manager for Park Homes UK, providing HR support for 6 homes and 350 employees. In 2014, they joined HR180 Ltd as a Human Resources Business Partner, working with businesses in the same way as if they were a permanent member of the team. Finally, in 2022, they became the People Director at Zest.

Becky Mee completed a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Human Resources Management and Services from Leeds Beckett University from 2003 to 2006. Becky also earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Social Anthropology and Social History from The University of Edinburgh from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained a Chartered Member CIPD certification from CIPD in February 2020.
