Matthew Scott

Matthew Scott has a varied work experience in the field of architecture and IT consulting. Matthew most recently worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Zest since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Blue Bridge IT Services Ltd since March 2011. Matthew also held senior positions at The University of Salford, revverbank, and Shop Direct, where they worked as a Senior Solutions Architect and Solutions Architect respectively. In addition, they gained experience at companies such as Barclays, Northern Powergrid, Capita, Metaswitch Networks, and Bank of America in roles such as E2E Designer, SOA Architect, IT Consultant, Integration Consultant, and IT Contractor.

Matthew Scott has a well-rounded education history. Matthew completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology at Newcastle University from 1989 to 1992. From there, they furthered their education at The University of Manchester, where they pursued a PhD in Environmental Chemistry, which they completed between 1994 and 1998. Continuing their academic journey, Matthew then obtained their Master of Science degree in Computation from The University of Manchester in the year 2000 to 2001.
