Chase Ritchey

Chase Ritchey has extensive experience in healthcare coordination and customer service. Currently serving as an Appointment Coordinator at Zest Health since April 2017, Chase conducts intake assessments, schedules appointments, provides insurance information, and supports members with app navigation while maintaining strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. In addition, Chase has worked at MAD Social as a Server since February 2016, focusing on training new hires and managing guest orders. Previous experience includes an internship at RefugeeOne, where Chase supported refugee families by organizing dental appointments for children and creating educational resources. Chase holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health and a Minor in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
