Steve Mason has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Steve began their career at Cattles PLC in 1998 as a customer account manager and eventually became an area manager, overseeing multiple branches and employees. In 2006, they joined Personal Group as a Key Account Manager, where they achieved significant client wins and managed the introduction of voluntary and flexible benefit programs. Steve was later promoted to Business Development Director, focusing primarily on new business and winning some of the company's largest contracts. In 2021, Steve joined Thrive.App as Vice President of Sales and later became the Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for enhancing employee communications and engagement through the company's platform. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Zest as the Business Development Director, where they help employees maximize their benefits package and aids employers in increasing engagement and automating scheme administration.

Steve Mason attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a BSC (Hons) degree in Environmental Management.
