Kumar Dhuvur

Kumar Dhuvur is the Co-Founder and Head of Product at Zesty.ai. Kumar has over 10 years of experience in the solar energy industry, specifically in product and market development.

Kumar started their career as an Engagement Manager at Mckinsey & Company. Kumar then transitioned into the solar industry, joining SunEdison as Managing Director of Product and Market Development. In this role, Kumar led a team that analyzed more than 100 countries and power markets to identify market opportunities for SunEdison. Kumar also developed a GIS-based targeting platform for prospecting commercial and industrial customers for rooftop solar.

In 2014, Kumar founded Crinis Power, a technology-enabled B2B platform connecting capital to distributed solar projects. Kumar built iOS and Android mobile applications for customer acquisition and pricing, and developed innovative products to mitigate credit, contract, and fraud risk for distributed solar. Kumar also developed a financing platform for enabling capital flow to small to medium size solar projects.

Kumar’s experience in product and market development has been instrumental in launching Zesty.ai. Kumar is passionate about using technology to solve problems and is constantly innovating to create better products and services for Zesty.ai’s customers.

Kumar Dhuvur has an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Kumar Dhuvur reports to Attila Toth, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Mike Ulin - VP, Machine Learning, Scott Anderson - VP, Sales & Customer Success, and Leslie Molina - Director of Finance & Administration.
