Itay Ornshtein

Itay Ornshtein is a Technical Support Engineer at Zesty since November 2022, providing assistance to enterprise customers and internal staff with technical issues related to company products, utilizing tools such as Python, Excel, Linux administration, and AWS services. Previously, Itay worked at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd from December 2021 to November 2022, serving as a T2 and T3 Technical Support Engineer, focusing on customer networking and hardware issues on ON-PREM gateways and various cloud solutions. Prior experience includes a role as a Security Screener at Modiin Ezrachi and service in the Israel Defense Forces as a combatant and commander in the field intelligence corps. Itay is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Political Science at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, expected to complete in October 2026.
