Maya Gross

Maya Gross has been working in the field of talent acquisition since 2017. Maya began their career at L.M. Group – קבוצת ל.מ. as a Recruitment Coordinator. In 2019, they joined GRsee Consulting as a Recruitment Coordinator and Cyber-Jobs as a Technical Recruiter & Team Leader and Tech Recruitment Specialist. Her roles included sourcing, head hunting, working with hiring managers, conducting interviews, onboarding, and employee activities, as well as taking part in employee branding efforts. In 2021, they started at Zesty as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for the recruitment in R&D department both in Israel and globally.

Maya Gross attended Bar-Ilan University from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Human Resources.
