Or Itshari has been in the software engineering field since 2011. Or began their career at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where they worked in the Network Operations Center for two years before transitioning to a C# Developer and QA role. In 2021, they joined Zesty as a Software Engineer.

Or Itshari attended Tel-Hai College from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
