Mohammed Sohail Shaikh has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. Mohammed Sohail currently serves as the Operations Lead at ZET (Previously OneCode), a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dineout, where they assumed multiple roles. These include Business Analyst, where they set up the Quality Control process for Instant Discounts and managed operations for Contactless Dining. Mohammed Sohail also served as a Senior Executive for Quality Assurance & Compliance and as a CRM Support staff. Before joining Dineout, Mohammed worked at Teamlease Services Limited as a Product Expert for Inresto - Dineout in Times Internet Limited. After six months, they were entrusted with leading a team of four individuals and was subsequently promoted to CRM Manager after a year.

Mohammed Sohail Shaikh completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degree, Mohammed has obtained several certifications in the field of data science. In June 2021, they completed the "Introduction to Data Science" course from upGrad.com and the "MySQL for Data Analytics & Business Intelligence" course from Udemy. In July 2021, Mohammed also obtained certifications in "Tableau for Data Science" and "Python for Data Science" from Udemy.
