Mathias Parisot

Mathias Parisot has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as an NLP Research Engineer at Zeta Alpha since September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Research Intern at Zeta Alpha from January 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Zeta Alpha, Mathias co-founded SanguisAI in December 2021, where they focused on diagnosing anemia using smartphones. Mathias formed the company during the AI Startup Lab Winter 20/21 cohort and later joined the ACE Incubator Fall Cohort 21/22.

Mathias also gained experience as an SDE intern at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from July 2021 to November 2021. Mathias worked as a Research and Development Intern at SURFsara from July 2020 to October 2020.

Furthermore, Mathias worked as a Teaching Assistant at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from June 2018 to July 2020, where they assisted with teaching responsibilities. Mathias also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Optiver from July 2019 to September 2019.

Mathias Parisot completed their education in a chronological order starting from 2012. Mathias pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from Grenoble INP - Ense3, completing it in 2015. Following this, from 2017 to 2020, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Building on their undergraduate studies, Mathias pursued a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam, which they completed between 2020 and 2022.
