Abhishek Dhawan

Abhishek Dhawan is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer success and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as EVP of Customer Success at Zeta Global since May 2019, Dhawan leads global programmatic teams encompassing Account Management, Campaign and Insight Analytics, as well as Strategy and Solutions. Previous roles include SVP of Customer Success at Sizmek and Vice President of Analytics & Insights at Rocket Fuel Inc., where responsibilities included managing high-revenue analytics teams and developing strategic partnerships. Additional experience spans senior digital strategist roles at Masthead Marketing and Band Digital, alongside marketing consultancy positions at Laxmi Hotels and other organizations. Abhishek holds an MBA with dual specializations in Business Marketing and Strategy Management from Fox School of Business, Temple University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
