Dustin Meza is a results-driven operations leader with extensive experience in managing operational teams and driving customer experience initiatives in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Planning at Zeta Global since May 2019, Dustin has a track record of executing client campaign goals within the CRM division. Prior to this role, Dustin held multiple positions at WP Engine, including Senior Director of Customer Experience Operations, where skills in enhancing customer engagement were honed. At Rackspace, substantial contributions were made as Senior Operations Manager leading cross-functional teams and implementing large-scale solutions.
