Kelsey Schimmel

Kelsey Schimmel, M.Ed., BCBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Experience at Zeta Global, where significant integration efforts commenced following the acquisition of LiveIntent in January 2025. Prior to this role, Kelsey held various positions at LiveIntent, including Manager of People Experience and Learning Content Specialist, from March 2022 to January 2025. Kelsey has extensive experience in the field of applied behavior analysis, having worked as a Clinical Consultant, Clinical Supervisor, and behavior therapist at the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center and Easterseals Northern California. Earlier in the career, Kelsey contributed to the Jewish Family & Children's Service of Arizona as a Prevention Specialist and Family Support Worker. Kelsey began professional endeavors at MGA Services as a Technical Recruiter/Human Resources Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction of Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Arizona State University.
