Starlet B. Farrar

Starlet B. Farrar is an accomplished professional in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and workplace culture, currently serving as the Director of Culture & Inclusion at Zeta Global since October 2021. With a focus on global DEIB initiatives, Starlet oversees employee-led groups and integrates DEI into Talent Management and Recruitment processes. Notable achievements include enhancing Zeta's ERG Program, increasing membership by 24% and establishing an Executive Sponsor Program to connect ERGs with senior leadership. Prior experience includes founding The DEI Scoop, leading Cadre's Diversity and Inclusion Council, and involvement in KKR's EA Development Committee, all centered on fostering inclusive work environments.
