Akella V S Prabhakar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance, currently serving as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Zeta Suite since July 2021. In this role, Akella provides strategic leadership in Information/Cyber security, Privacy, Business Continuity, and regulatory implementation on a global scale. Prior to Zeta, Akella was the Global Head of Compliance & Audit at FSS from February 2006 to July 2021, where expertise was demonstrated in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, managing substantial budgets and teams worldwide. Earlier career experience includes managerial roles at BSI, overseeing audits and training for QMS and ISMS, and at BS&B Safety Systems, focusing on quality and product compliance. Akella holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University and an MBA in IT Systems from the University of Madras.
