Gaurav Khadpe

Gaurav Khadpe has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. Gaurav is currently working at Zeta as the Lead - Quality & Process (System Operations) since September 2021. Prior to this, Gaurav worked at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment as a Verification Officer from September 2018 to March 2021, and as an Immigration Officer from March 2017 to August 2018. Gaurav also worked at Radius Global Solutions LLC as a Senior Trainer from April 2016 to March 2017, at SterlingBackcheck as an Associate Business Relationship Manager from June 2013 to April 2016, and at Hutchsion 3 Global Services (H3GS) as a Customer Relations Advisor from April 2011 to March 2013.

Gaurav Khadpe completed their commerce degree from Khalsa College at the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued commerce studies at PTVA's Sathaye College from 2001 to 2003. Gaurav received their high school education at Swami Vivekanand High School from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Gaurav has obtained several certifications, including ITIL v4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2024, Quality Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2022, and various other certifications related to Lean Six Sigma and education counseling. Gaurav also holds the 100% Pure New Zealand Specialist Gold certification from Tourism New Zealand, achieved in February 2021.
