Pankaj Sharma

Pankaj Sharma is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in product solution engineering and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Solution Engineer at Zeta Suite since February 2022, Pankaj previously held positions as a Senior Executive in product operations at Flipkart from April 2019 to November 2021, and as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Concentrix between January 2017 and April 2019. Pankaj began the career as a Customer Engineer at HCL Services Ltd from March 2015 to January 2017. Academically, Pankaj holds a B-tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharath University, completed in 2014, and a Diploma in Computer Science from J R N Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, earned in 2011. Initial education includes matriculation from High School Chhaurahi Matihani in 2008.
