Len Cayetano

Len Cayetano has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Len started their career at TouchStone Software as the Director of Software Development, where they led the development and maintenance of diagnostic tools for testing PCs. Len then moved on to EarthLink, where they served as the Director of Client Software Development and Department Head, overseeing the development of flagship software for seamless internet access. Len also worked at SharedGreetings, Inc. as the VP of Engineering, where they established an engineering department and launched a B2C greeting cards platform. At Storactive, they were the Director of Software Engineering and played a key role in building a global team for innovative backup products. Len held the position of Manager of Software Engineering at Deloitte, where they enhanced and expanded tax preparation products. Len served as the Director of Software Engineering at SOA Software, where they oversaw integration projects and delivered services to notable clients. Len also worked at KYOCERA Document Solutions and USC Viterbi School of Engineering in senior engineering and lecturer roles, respectively. Currently, they are the Director of MAX Software Development at Zetron, leading a team to enhance public safety products.

Len Cayetano holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from USC Viterbi School of Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Dual Major: Computer Science and Mathematical Sciences from DePaul University. Additionally, Len has pursued Advanced Level Study (A Levels) in Chemistry and Mathematics at the University of Belize (formerly Belize Technical College Sixth Form). Len also has various certifications in data science, machine learning, system design, algorithms, and project management.
