Matthew Graham

Matthew Graham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Matthew is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Zetron, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Software Development at Zetron from January 2022 to October 2022. Before joining Zetron, Matthew worked at AVEVA as the Ampla Software Product Manager from January 2018 to August 2021, where they were responsible for managing the Mining Execution Product and overseeing various aspects of software development and sales enablement. Matthew also worked at Schneider Electric for a significant portion of their career, including roles such as Software Product Manager, Brisbane Software Development and Verification Manager, Verification Manager, Technical Services Manager, and Test Team Manager. Matthew's expertise includes software product management, agile methodologies, testing, and customer support. Matthew began their career at DST Global Solutions, where they held positions as Regression Team Leader, Software Consultant, and Customer Services Representative. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a Network Technician at Nationwide Network Services, where they installed and maintained computer networks.

Matthew Graham has a diverse education history. In 1990-1992, they attended St Martins and completed a Matric degree in General Studies. Following this, from 1993 to 1995, they pursued a Diploma of Engineering - Light Current at Germiston Technical College, specializing in Engineering. Returning to education later in life, Matthew enrolled in TAFE Queensland in 2017 for the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2017-2018, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Federation University Australia. Additionally, from 2020 to 2021, they completed a Certificate IV at MAX International Fitness College, specializing in Fitness. Matthew also holds several additional certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership, Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T), and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance. Matthew also obtained an ISTQB - Foundation certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2007.
