Following this, from 1993 to 1995, they pursued a Diploma of Engineering - Light Current at Germiston Technical College, specializing in Engineering. Returning to education later in life, Matthew enrolled in TAFE Queensland in 2017 for the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2017-2018, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Federation University Australia. Additionally, from 2020 to 2021, they completed a Certificate IV at MAX International Fitness College, specializing in Fitness. Matthew also holds several additional certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership, Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T), and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance.
